By default, appointments can be created, rescheduled, or canceled by the client or the service professional.

**These are instructions for how the primary owner of the business can manage appointments through the **Booking Admin Dashboard.

If you are an employee of the business and not the primary owner, you can manage your appointments through the Booking Employee Panel, **instructions here.**

1) Create New Appointment

To create a new appointment:

  1. Click the Booking Admin Dashboard from the PremPage QuickLinks App Widget.

  2. You may need to log in. Once logged in, click Appointments.

  3. Click the Blue Plus (+) icon in the top right.

  4. Fill in required details and click Save.

    <aside> 📒 Note If you leave Notify the customer(s) checked, the system will send your clients the pre-configured text and email notifications.

  5. Select remaining Custom Fields and click Save. Please wait just a few moments.

  6. Once you see Success, the appointment has been saved.
